If your menses are heavy or you have irregular cycles, that is defined as Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB). We can assist you in determining the cause of AUB and discuss treatment options
Many people have leiomyomas, also known as fibroids. These are generally benign uterine masses that can lead to pelvic pain, pressure, painful sex, heavy or irregular menses. At ARHC, we can help you to navigate diagnosing and treating fibroids with many options.
Polyps in your cervix or uterus are common. They can cause irregular bleeding or bleeding after sex. At ARHC, we can help you navigate diagnosing and treating these polyps with many options.
For most people, we start offering screening for cervical cancer at age 21 years. Pap smears are recommended every 3 to 5 years if they are normal. If you have an abnormal pap smear, we can provide you with testing for your abnormal pap smears and treatment.
At ARHC, we offer several types of contraception methods including the implant and the intrauterine device (IUD). We offer hormonal and non-hormonal IUDs. For most people, getting an IUD or implant is very simple, as well as removal. If you have an IUD that is difficult for your provider to remove or to place, we are able to assist you with difficult placement and difficult removals with a variety of techniques including ultrasound guidance or hysteroscopy.
Many people experience pelvic pain. There are many things that can lead to pelvic pain, such as endometriosis or vaginismus (involuntary pelvic muscle spasm). At ARHC we can assist you to determine what may be causing your pain and then with treatment options.

ARHC understands that accessing providers for fertility services is complex and often difficult. We can provide basic fertility services including preconception consultation, fertility testing, ovulation induction, insemination including intracervical and intrauterine semination, and referrals to fertility specialists.
