We offer hormone therapy for transgender and non-binary clients. We offer virtual visits if you do not need an exam or screening tests. You can meet with our providers over video visits and we send your medications to your local pharmacy or have your medications delivered to you at home. If you need injection medications and do not feel comfortable doing this yourself, you can schedule your injection visits at ARHC that is given by one of our nurses or providers.

We provide services with options in a Shared Decision Making model. We offer gynecologic exams and pap smears that are guided by you. We can provide paps smears with a typical speculum exam, doing a self-pap, or blind-pap, which do not require speculums. We also help to tailor services for your needs. For example, if you need birth control, we will discuss your options and help you navigate what contraceptive method meets your goals.

As described in our Gynecologic Services page, we offer a wide range of surgery services. This also includes gender affirming surgery, such as hysterectomy, removal of the fallopian tubes and / or ovaries. We also provide the options for joint surgery with our Plastic Surgery colleagues if you want to have one single recovery period.

ARHC understands that accessing providers for fertility services is complex and often difficult. We can provide basic fertility services including preconception consultation, fertility testing, ovulation induction, insemination including intracervical and intrauterine semination, and referrals to fertility specialists.

We believe that decreasing barriers to fertility care is very important, whatever services you need. With our shared decision making model of care, we offer you all the possible options and you determine what is best for you and your fertility goals.
